Ascended Drag Cape for Wiz only?

Right after the patch I noticed this, I thinks it's a bug since I saw some that is equipped w/ ascended drag that requires 750 vit and not restricted for wiz only.

Take it off, it will change to the new cape with 750 vit req, some sort of bug that happened to everyone.
