can't run the game properly

hello, i want to play , but there is one problem , when i run the game all the screen is black ,its like i cant see it it has cover but sounds and mouse icon comes , i really don't know what is the problem
i have:
windows 10 pro 64 bits
GPU: Geforce GTX 980 (x2) (asus strix )
CPU: intel core i7-5820k CPU @ 3.30 GHZ
Memory: 56 GB ram (ddr4)
i have direct x 12 and all the other games runs perfectly but epw doesn't , plz help me out what to do
when i screen shot ,it shows the game (logging place ) but i cant see it when i run the game,

You cant play on windows10 in full screen unless u change some stuff, theres another topic in the forum where someone explained how to fix it, need to search for it though :/

But u can play in window mode.

thank you , problem solved , but may i ask? when does it fix? bcuz i got 55 inch 4k tv and game in low res is sooo small my eyes cant see .
will it be fix soon?

I have no issues playing in full screen mode on Windows 10. I used to have, but not anymore. Make sure your OS and graphic card drivers are fully updated.
