Getting 1-2k ms isn't exactly fun(so in a way you're right, or maybe not, because I know that your rig is 3-5x better than my laptop). 

1-2k ms is caused by internet or PC? I thought FPS is caused by how good PC you have. And don't point that thing out, everyone dc like hell during pks/events, last DT i had EP for 5 mins then dc over and over again, same goes to 2 more in my pt.

OC logs for Events, no? Even if they have too much better stuff to do irl than to log during the rest of the week.
TW is a event of some sort? You can plan ahead.. make squads etc
