there r a few steps u can do:
1. delete the folder where u have the game now;
2. create a new fodler with a diferent name from the previous try;
3. unRAR the client inside it;
4. before anything related to the game lets do a few tricks
- Click on the START button from Windows and type "cmd"
- Now type this: ipconfig /flushdns
Next thing is
- On your antivirus create an exception for the whole EpicPW folder u just created
- Rebooting computer usually helps with this step
Next is
- From my experience installing games on the Local Disk (normally the C:) its a mistake, so install EpicPW on a diferent partition of the disk.
5. Only after this previous steps you should update the game; Since the game version you guys download is the 39 you will need to update to the last one (v46 when i created this post).
6. After installing and updating the game to the last version a reboot on the computer is also advised.
You can aswell delete the Temp Files and Cookies from your browser options. Always helps
