Client Not Updating

Hello,

So i am having a problem with my client, it wont update/verify and it says "client running" under the left hand bar but says "Unable to proceed update" under the right hand bar.

How do i fix this so i can update my client and play?

Close elementclient.exe in WIndows Task Manger or restart PC and then start patcher again
