it depends what you are really wanting out of the toon.
i do not have a ton of experience on barb, i admit..i tried it a few times and just found it very repetitive and boring.
BM is an easy class to play, not so easy to master.
Ormin made the main points very well.
If you want to be able to tank anything, you may need a barb. but BM's especially in epic can tank most stuff.
BM's can aps, crowd control, tank/off-tank, debuff, AOE, straight up DD...i find them challenging, versatile and very fun.
just hotkey all of your
weapons(don't ignore any weapons, instead look at the benefits of each skill and you will soon become familiar with when to swap to which wep) and any
armors you plan to swap out for full tank vs. aps, and have fun!
