Armor Fashions Effects ?

Can our armor fashion have those effects like after you put a stone on it?

Like some of the gears when it has stones in it, it will either glow or  have lightning effects around it ?

I just wanna have some fun which fashions because I wanna match it with my fashion weps too ^^

i was actually talking about the armor fashion ones. most of them doesnt have effect like the ones if you put stone. its just plain like the way it is.
