At some point a good wf can be more useful then an ep.

since when ep > wf? one 0def proc you are gone and it's easy to avoid getting locked, the advantage is pretty clear

ep has heals+buffs.... oh and purify... so if rev gets 0defed he gets puried... oh and not to mention that an ep can take out an enemy with SoG/sleep/freeze for quite a good time...

he wouldn't get purified if they locked ep, that's pretty obvious (even when not locked, he would need to react very quickly or 1 shot), but i suppose 0def shouldn't be counted since this wf was sage. buffs can be purged, ep can get locked easier than wf gets locked when played right, so heals won't matter then
it'll all come down to who the ep and who the wf is, but same level wf > ep in 2v2
