cant get on my game

i am unable to sign in with my password on epic and dont know why, i can get on the vote site or here but i cant get on the game itself, and i did log in some time ago, but now i am unable to get in my account.   please help

Is there any messages that pop up such as Incorrect User/Pass | Error Msg? Something that could give me a visual for the issue.

Hi, don't know exactly what happen, but got back on game somehow, i did take measures to change my password and update my email, so all is fine now, ty for responding, and in game friend help me, i am so happy to be back on game.  fixed ty
