Yes or no, maybe not eveyr NPC, just tack on Blacksmith Purify and Imbue options please? That way wont need to leave certain places to redo gems/weps.

why should an elder or someone else do the blacksmiths dirty job :(
just put some nice fresh iron ingots in certain places, wait a few hours and you'll have at least 5 blacksmiths at your wanted location :3
