its hard to get -99 channeling, but still u have to deal with the casting. (which wont get lowered, so u wont be instant cast as a wizard unless for classes like ea)

Well from what the eye of observation would say, a simple method to solvign this sht, i got my ep at exaclty 79 chan, used the 20chan buff and 99, all skills were instant and no problem, so id say its possible
