LOL. First world problems.
I have two answers for two sub-types of these people.

Instead of switching gender, make two toons, one male, one female.
You will have twice the room, on one for male, on another for female fashion.
And relog is much faster than gender switch.

Having too much fashion is addiction as every other.
Do you wear that stuff? If you want to wear, go buy,
it is easy. Meanwhile, stop hoarding what you don't wear.

Ever saw that TV show about hoarders?
You think increase of slots will solve the problem ? ? ?

That fashion will always be there to buy again.
It is not like in shop to get sold out and never restock.

Pretty much never gonna happen just because, I wouldn't quit doing BH/NW/PK/ just to go buy fashion, and after dye it color I like, plus not everyone likes base black/white/period red colors , hell sometimes it takes 500 random dyes to receive color you like. I don't watch TV   maybe only sponge Bob... That's why we won't stop "hoarding" its not easy to get favorite colors   also it was already mentioned people use account stash for some fash.  Skins and if its possible to extend fashion inventory.. Than why not!

I grow out of the fashion sets I make and constantly make new ones. I usually don't go back to old sets, because I get sick of looking at the same thing. My only real struggle is how there are girl nude emotes in-game, but no boy ones.
