you can just
restrict defence cape to 700 vit
Restrict phy/magic rings to specific classes
and add that effect to cards to not be able to switch in battle just like genies
scripting isnt possible to stop without adding to client a similar thing to a keylogger

Since im not def camping like 24/7. 
+1 for this. And I love the idea bout the cards switching disabled while in battle.

To stop macros causing freezes:
- war avatars would have to be deleted
- ring restricted
- def tome deleted
- def cape deleted

dont delete cards ...

There's no such setting that would block switching cards in combat mode.

If everyone is forced to use only certain hairstyles, or switch to simple models as previously suggested, or modify the way things are being swapped or the gears as suggested elsewhere to avoid lag spikes - then probably scripting is starting to be a bigger issue than what it was expected to be.

It sounds ridiculous to me that everyone is forced to use the above listed solutions to prevent annoying lag spikes - that finally slowly compromise the enjoyability of the game - just because a few people are being srs gamers 2k15.

everyone isnt forced to wear them, just scripters who dont want to lag others the fk out (main point is for no lag in 1v1)...
all misunderstand? the one using script needs to use hairstyle to make freeze not happen. You can wear the hairstyle, but if scripter comes around and doesnt use it, then his script will still make you freeze

If we can't remove scripting you should nerf defense gears to the point that anything but the actual R8R is obsolete defensively. 

That's the only real solution, other than nerfing classes individually. 

Tbh just make sin sage tidal 50%, remove life hunter, nerf veno defense, restrict rings and capes to all non cata classes
