I see a suspicious program named as candlejar on the control panel and I try to remove it but invalid. The google information (see here) says that it is as dangerous as malware. Is my PC really infected? Btw, some pop-ups labeled by candlejar on this epicpw page. How can I fix the issue?

I would suggest Malware Bytes. I was in a similar situation, where an exe. program would spawn other exe. programs, which would then open and eat all my RAM. Once you get rid of the Malware, the pop ups should go away as well.

Don't worry, it's a legitimate site, I use it myself. Buying it is not necessary, just so you know: You get the same protection for free. Once you download, be sure to run a virus check on it, just in case, you never can be too sure. I virus check everything I download. Kaspersky is a bit of a hit and miss when it comes to Malware. As for fixing your computer. Upgrade to Windows 10 if you haven't yet (with clean install). Otherwise, start in Safe mode and backup all your files to an external hard drive. Windows Defender in Windows 10 will get rid of all the suspicious software in your external hard drive incase they get copied as well after you upgrade. You also don't need to buy antivirus software anymore unless you don't have Windows 8 or 10.

well when i was in the epw files there was this element localize thing which i accidently clicked
it was a chineese app, 360 smth antivirus or w.e
blah blah, took permission from my old pc and i eventually found a way to remove it but
couldn't play this game or do anything anymore, maybe it was coincidence that happened when i clicked the file but i suggest u not go trough the process

This opinion u shouldnt even bother to read. Windows 10 is the one of the worst (yet) system they have released, its has more backdoors and holes than french cheese. Window defender u can disable this is so effective as windows password when u log to system so yea totaly useless. Safiria suggested  malwarebytes and yea its pretty cool but be carefull what u are doing cause this is dangerous to use if u dont know how to. After u are done with mawalrebytes uninstall it thats the most important thing. If it doesnt find all the things u can use search&destroy which is as good as malware

If u are looking for the best firewall , install COMODO this is the best one that ever existed. If u are browsing dangerous site use browsing in something called "Sandpit". And the most important NEVER DOWNLOAD SOMETHING FROM DOWNLOADER. Always get stuff from direct links this is why some toolbars or other malwares installed on ur pc (cause u probably agree on everything by clicking next next)
COMODO firewall is really powerfull tool if u know how to use it, cause it gets deep into ur registry , if its too annoying (cause it asks u for everything) install firewall called 360.
