Client Error

I've looked all over the forums for a way to solve this problem, but I don't know what else to do.

Whenever I click start, I get an error in some interesting language and then the game won't open. I have DirectX9.0c and my drivers are all updated. My firewall is off. I've verified with it off and on. I've restarted my computer, I've updated using both the auto and the manual patches...

PLEASE HELP!

EDIT: Fixed by downloading the torrent version of the game.

it happened to me that means you used Google chrome to download the game wich sometimes corrupts the LARGE files downloaded from internet for me i Redownloaded using torrent download larger file but sure works Good Luck
