Hey i was just wondering if the occult % is currently correct in epw? like is it supposed to be 90% with 120 str? .. i mean on the other hand there is badge of courage which is 100% with 120 dex and costs 5 energy less than what occult costs? ... is that some kind of a nerf or that's how it is in all pwi servers? thanks.
