Make NS kills count for the Endless Chase quest

quest doesnt count unless the person u kill is 150. 150 in pk zone is fair game.. also.. people bully in ns regardless.. i highly doubt enabling the quest kills there will increase the traffic in ns that much.

For some reason quest won't "score" if map type is set to PvP enforced (like NS). Not something I can fix I think.

Harder endless quest  , and better prize for the quest.  much better than NS kill count
