USER PANEL not working????????

is it just me or my network that the user panel isn't loading?
well i can't vote for some odd reason?
planning to play again after how many months.

if there is an issue about the user panel / voting processes please do inform me by any means.
would love some feedback regarding to the user panel tab.

Did you try a diferent browser perhaps ?
