No skill bar

so i came back from afk to see that my skill bar is gone and i cannot get it back any help pls

verify your client, if that does not work then you'll need to redownload http://epicpw.com/index.php?page=download

Close client, delete Layout folder located in EPW/element/userdata/ and check again

deleted that layout folder and the problem still persists
