Download this first,make copy of your models.pck from Epic's element folder unpack it with cmd same with the file i linked you then pack it with back with Epic's models.pck and you got "nude patch" if you don't know how to unpack check ragezone they might have a guide or maybe Aga will do it for best forum support >you<
