Dragon Blood Stones (HDD For Hones)

Can Dragon Blood Stones (Rewards from HDD Quest) be made to also be able to do Hones? The prices for reroll and hone are very similar so I don't see a problem arising from making them able to be used in hones as well for the same 1:50 ratio. Thankfully to increased amounts of HDD you can do a day, gearing your char with good stats has become much easier. But honing is a problem after that. I'm not saying to make it easier for everyone since the same amount of work will be required and people will be allowed to choose what they want to use their bloods on. Thanks

All are fine but a new NPC or even an add to the forges will be good to avoid confusion from accidentally honing when u want to reroll or vice versa but of course that's menial
