Looks like your files were corrupted..

maybe you create a character style thats not suited for it or the code is not go with the game or something

every time that i launch the Launcher.exe there's a error that i can only read is Models\Players the the rest of the error i cant read anymore -.-

Well I don't know what could be the cause of this error, but try downloading the lastest DirecX version herehttp://www.microsoft.com/es-es/download/details.aspx?id=31217. If this doesn't work for you, well, do what Cier said . Good luck.

ET said to try "dxwebsetup.exe" but it didn't help the poster in that thread.. it might help you. Not sure.
But, to me, it looks like a corrupted file.
(I'm not 100% sure on this.. :\)

that sometimes happens cuz the elementcleint.exe is missing, thats cuz the antivirus deleted it. so u gotta create an exception on the antivirus for the whole EpicPW folder and then start the game using the Launcher.exe or the Patcher.exe
it helps rebooting the PC after creating the exception too.
try to verify the files aswell to bring the elementclient.exe back
