Increase Demon Thunder Shock Proc

This is the current proc rate, which is useless considering its so little like 10%. Taking in consideration EA demon stun lasts about 3 second with another stun skill being aim low that has about 20% chance of stun procing for another 3, I feel like this skill should get an increased proc rate to somewhere between 30-50% and make it useful in a way.

Archers are already insanely good as is, and I'm already nearly permanently sealed by aim low proc.

Perhaps use a XBOW if you desire such procs?

-1 to this as well, if you were to give 100% stun proc to a class with a % chance, it'd be an unfair advantage to classes that don't have 100% stun proc.

tl;dr: If you give 100% to EA, WR will ask for most of their stuns to be 100% as well, same for Psychic, ect.

Agatio said he doesn't like editing skills regardless, so I doubt any of this will happen anyways.

sage has way more control over target through stun lasting longer, seal etc
aim low seals as sage, this is demon ea, different  but ok! : D !!
