EPW not recognizing laptop's discrete GPU

Hello. I do not know if there is a fix for this or not? Here is my issue. The EPW launcher is not noticing the other GPU that I have.

Decided to look at some settings around on my laptop. Here is some proof/screenshots.

My laptop is running at high performance right now.

I have looked at running the program with the GPU from right click menu. I have also looked into the BIOS settings and couldn't turn the on-board graphics off. 

Any GM's have fixes or suggestions on this?

I already tried all those. Is there some file to edit that will take care of this issue?

Hey man, did you fix this issue. My laptop's gtx1050ti now also not detect by PW. If you find any solution please help me!
