Need help in getting the game

Hi everyone, I'm new here, and I used to play PWI about a year ago under the same name on the Sanctuary server.

Now I have a client for PWI before Arc was a thing, and was wondering if it could be converted in any way so that it can be used to play EPW. I ask for this as I have a really small bandwidth in the country town I live in (about 5GB per month), which is enough to play the game, but not enough to download the client. Can anyone help me?
