10 Point Restat Note

Please add this, for people who are using builds that are difficult to min-max (oddly stated ornaments) it's sometimes annoying to have to restat 50 points instead of a smaller amount to get the correct stats.

This is merely for convenience, but I think it would be a nice edition. Thank you!

One already exists. 50 isn't the smallest reset note.
