Non PK Skills Vs PK skills

I already wrote this once and it deleted it so this is an abbreviated version:

Non pk skills should be implemented in pk.

Reasons:

-if you have a skill, why cant u use it in all gameplay aspects D:

-skills such as eas knockback arrow and demon wbs roar would cause everyone to adjust to new gameplay, which i feel would be quite fun

-heck why not 

I realize this may be a pretty decent change, but hey, it would at least be a fun one

+1 At least for Archer's knockback arrow.   

If I can sling people off cliffs with my mystic, my archer should be able to do the same.

Mystics nowhere near as squishy as eas tho


And: ea knockback only works if target is 5 m away or more
