Chance of getting 3x att lvl R8 sword

i was aiming in my psy to get 3x attack levels .. i've spent around 630 donation points to get it
tho in EA i was random rerroling bow to get some def level .. but i've got 3x attack with 50 donation points only lol

what i've learnt is that if u want something u cant get 
                             but if u dont want it u will get it

Idk but im pretty sure i did atleast 300 tries on my r8 bow for 3x atk level and had nothing , all i got from it was 2x atk level and 2x accuracy..
