No, you're mixing up things, the amount of people will be affecting your fps, causing your frames/pixels to move slower. What people are experiencing is ping lag, also known as delay, the amount of people is unrelated to this, since it's caused by either a server issue, your location in relation to the server's, or your internet connection, and it's obviously not our net because you wont be saying over half of the server suddenly got a bad net, and it's not the location either because this hasnt happened before and even people from Europe are suffering from it.

I'm trying to wait for a mass PvP somewhere, but im not actually chekcing the map looking for them :/
I will show you my download speed when i'm in the middle of it.
I do lose FPS cuz my processor is like 11 years old.....but my ping is really normal.
I never lag and i never had those huge amounts of pings....
I keep saying its the player's side, it has to be...
I can tell you that for those numbers to appear its either: photoshop; someone using your connection for downloads; antivirus; some other programs that might be using your pc resources.

I have never witnessed such high amount of ping numbers as you show me here, so there isnt much i can do server related.

too many dang people come online about 7-8pm us eastern time zone ...That is why all the servers lag out ..so bad at time it will DC you and it has been going on for almost 2 weeks  so not just pinoy or china
