Weapon Fashion Bug

Regius's Heart weapon fashion doesn't have the flame it had, was hoping it would fix itself after patch but it hasn't..  also flame still shows in character selection screen just not in game.. if possible please fix .

Weird, I have always had this flame.  So does the fashion skin look for you differently than normal weapon?

Its your client , put effects on max and you ll see the flames .
