Aps or Atk Lvls?

 Basically, the purpose of this thread is to ask a noob topic. I know that sin is probably the 2nd highest played class in game so opinions vary a lot. So the question that's been bothering me for a bit now is whether I should be 2.86 aps and 60+ atk lvls or 4 aps and 30+ atk lvls. Which is better for pvp? But I suppose it also depends on the class. Feel free to drop ur opinions.

Depends, if you are against high def lvl class or player like seeker 2.86 (60+atk lvl is better) and if your opponent with average def lvl then 4.0 (30 atk lvl)
