Is this skill working propperly if at all?

I just did some testing and here are the results.

Skill: Mantle Ripple of Death

Creates a magical ripple in the ground
Has a 100% chance to reduce targets chi by 20 constantly
Lasts 60 seconds

Strenght: Every genie str point increases damage by 1
Strenght: Every genie str point reduces the duration by 1 second.

I tested this with a 5 str and a 120 str genie.

1. When using the 5 str genie this skill did nothing. And then i mean literally nothing.
2. It says the more str you have in your genie is does 1 more dmg per str, This skill doesnt do any dmg.
3. It reduces the duration by 1 sec the more str you have, this is a nerf because the longer the duration the more chi is stolen.
4. When using a 120 str genie this skill stole 10 chi per 3-4 seconds and a total of 1 spark 10 chi over the entire duration.

The skill in general isnt working or is really strangely eddited.

Someone care to elaborate?

It was probably just nerfed because it is an AoE Chi drain over time. Most BM's used to use it all the time in mass PvP, now not so much. But yeah, you're not losing it, you need to add a bit of str for it to even work.

EDIT: I just want to add this genie skill has been like this from my experience server-to-server, so it was most likely nerfed by PWI and not Agatio.

Just dont make it aoe? make it single target on lock skill. right now its just a bs skill tbh

Well the skill wasn't nerfed by me and the way it works might be just a translation inconsistence, but still, I've seen it being used very often.
