It was meant to be a weapon for heavy venos, but since r8r pataka can't have this str requirement, the "custom" patakas should have it removed as well.

It is a pataka., a real one (not like the r8r one) those weapons were meant for heavy venos -  hence the low mag req and higher phy attack.
