ini Editing question for sins

Hey guys! When i'm trying to do an ini request mainly for sins when I go to change the body and face color the colors are different even though my values are the same? Does anyone know why this happens or if there's anything to do to fix it? I'm sure others have probably run into this problem but figured i'd give it a shot. Here's a couple of ss's below to see what is going on.

always happens, never really found a solution personally other than just trying to get them to get to a color where it's not as noticeable.  I don't really thing there is a fix but I could be wrong

The face tex is from a earthguard, you will have to play around with the color codes to make the face and skin colour match as much as possible - it will never be exactly the same though. 
Same face and body color code will look nothing alike sadly.
Tideborns have this purpletone mixed in by default. What i mean is: set a earthguard skin to pure white and it will be pretty much white, set a tides skin to pure white and it will kinda look light purple

You basically have make different colors since the textures are different... First, you set the color for the body and save the code and then for the face... Well, atleast thats how i do so the preset doesn't looks bad at all.

And its so hard to make tideborn presets looks good.

If you need i can give you the colour codes i currently use on my psy, it's not perfect but as close as i could get before i gave up xD
