Did you try Verify?

first create an exception on ur antivirus for the EpicPW whole folder.
after that Verify the files from the button on your launcher.
also start the game from the Launcher.exe OR patcher.exe to update the client.

Let us now how it went and if the problem still persists.

You are trying to run PWI or any other client with EPW elementclient.exe (or vice versa) If verifying the files don't help you will have to download our full client.

i has been verified the client , but it's still not working ... the 1st time i played , i used PWI client when suwoloz gave me the patch for other client , but there is no problem

only reinstalling our full client will fix that problem then im sorry :/

it cant find ur client u eider deleted a file or viruses ate it u need to reinstall the game or windows if u have viruses xD
