It takes infinitely more skill than a vit barb, i'd say the only thing easier than a vit barb is deathlink type sins with dew and sage tidal
vit barb 0 skill class for old dogs without any reflex
as for the topic, better make both and play each , demon is fun for mass only, gets boring easily and in small pks or 1v1 is pretty much dead as for holy its good for both but requires more skill and getting used to casting skills and dodging attacks at the same time
