refining gear issues

having problems refining gear this morning dont know if im the only one but every time i try i get "Action faild, unable to refine"......

if u are using all the required materials and stil get that message try launching the game from the launcher.ece or patcher.exe

let us know if the problem still persists.

i was using the right mats but i will try again now loading from lanucher (i usualy use patcher to load game)

maybe the item was +12?
can u give me some info...
which item were you trying to refine;
where were you trying to refine;
which materials were you using to refine;

item was a 120 soulsphere
was +0
i was trying to refine for a newbie as it didnt work for him
i tryed to refine at arch elder then tryed elder of lost (nether worked)
mats used +12 orbs and mirage celestones

ive just restarted the game using the launcher and is now working for me

thats the problem, Spheres cant be refined for balance purposes

some weak spheres are able to refine cuz the damage will be low like the npc spheres and weak molds. the strong ones cant be refined.

ahhhhhh haha okies will i didnt try refining the sphere to test but somthing else but thank you for the help
