Youkai recruiting 130+ players! We have a faction base (Level 4) and a website (

Right now, we're focusing on BH and BQ. I plan on doing DS events when we meet the requirements, and will likely set required merit at 8k. Eventually, I hope to do TW and get us on the map.
Once I get a few more people, I'll be raising the minimum level to 145, and start taking the rest of my faction to PK regularly.
Requirements for being an officer:
- 150/R8 on at least one character
- Speak English (But if you're reading this, you can do that)
- Respectful, respectable
- An interview
