Can u make Red Tide cost 1 spark too, its useless skill and since stormbringers are coming with theyr 7 AoEs skills, it would be good do this, so we psys could have more fun, fun purposes only.

Sage version already has a 50% chance to cost only 1 spark, i don't think it's really needed tbh.

I get people want to adjust everything. This is just going to far.
Besides, making changes against the new classes before we get to even see
their impact in a larger scale pk setting isn't a good idea. I'm pretty sure that
if Agatio see's something unbalanced he will deal with it when the time comes.
