client not updating

I have downloaded the patch from your website and still wont let me update the game what do i need to do to get back in game please help before event pops up for today lol

use the manual update from download part of site
take the 86-100, 100-103 then 103-106 which is easier and requires no internet after u have the files in ur pc, so the unable thingie should go away, if not, post in helpdesk

It says client is running. You gotta kill the elementclient process in task manager or restart the PC and start patcher again.

had same problem at some point, my pc rr'ed coz of nvidia driver installed so i reopened with manual
worked for me

Close off every other perfect world client that's open.

problem solved now ty all son of mine min a client and it wasnt showing that it was still running lol
