Faction base veno pet skill

Does the faction pet skill available in EPW or anyone know how/where can I buy it in the faction base?

I'm referring to Pet Protection, Pet Reflection etc... check the link below and scroll all the way down.

The Zookeeper has those skills which you had mentioned but I was referring to the pet skill ie Protection which gives your pet 180% instead of Protect which only gives 150% of Magic def as what the link that I had posted earlier described.
The pet skills I had mentioned which can be only obtained from the Faction base vault. I had checked my faction vault but I couldn't find anything.

Maybe the faction base has to be a certain level....?

if memory serves me right your faction base's vault needs to be a rather high lvl to attain those particular skill books.  best motivate your faction members to do base quests and lvl your base more often
