Female Tattoos

I think this has been brought up once in the patch notes for the last fashion update, but what about female tattoos?

I like the idea of having two full sleeve tattoos and being able to wear them in the hand slot so that you can also wear them with t-shirts.

And maybe a half sleeve one?

Idk, just throwing out some ideas. Males have some pretty sick tattoos, I want!  :sad:
