Changing HUD size?

I just came back to the game after getting a new monitor, and eager to play I logged in to find everything so tiny, spending an hour to try to find a fix yielded nothing, no one in game seem to know how either, and any resolution I try other than my monitors resolution (in full screen) cuts off or crashes the client, in windowed mode everything is still to tiny so I just need a way to change the size of action bars and my characters HP, MP bars, any help is appreciated! I've tried adding a pic three times now and it's telling me it's to big but the pic is only 3.5mb and max is 10 so dunno there...

I normally wouldn't complain but its nearly impossible to read anything when the font looks like its blurring together from the screen size

I found a custom window size that works, now I'm just having trouble reading skill text on occasion but I use windows magnifyer for it

Try changing the ingame screen resolution.

I have already in fullscreen it either crashes the client or cuts of the screen so much its unplayable
