Learning Demon Skills

Total noob question. When you reach Demon 89 culti, do you have to use skill books to learn higher skills, or is there another skill trainer you need to go to?  I did discover some trainers in Momagamon, but they only offer a couple of skills, which might be due to my culti lvl. Any help would be great. Thanks.

To learn ALL your next level skills, level 11 as some call it, you need to be Celestial Demon/Sage. You can buy a third fairy card from Boutique for 1 gold or do the culti quests manually. The books will tell you "Required Cultivation level..." on them when you hover your mouse over them.
