-1 would ruin the ballance completely damage itself is really high already and raising it even more will ruin everything else, this isn't a small change, compare the stats of this tome to the current tomes. This tome gives pretty much all the stats most of the class need. Too big of a change. It is possible to add this tome to the game but for the reasons I listed, I don't think agatio will even think of adding it. So yeah too op for 1item -1
