actually thats been there since... idk months? or actually longer i think a about a year now.
It was added just about the same time i left pwi and joined epw.
Along with it came that when you hover over someones name in fl or factionlist it shows when they have been online last and how often they reawakend etc.

Once we have the newest update form PWI we will have that function if im not wrong.
Who will be able to use within the faction i don't really know cuz didn't tested it yet :/

i think it was marshal and above but im not 100% about that anymore.

That was the one before the recent one?
If so i think it was before that. It was before the one that added the ressource wars.

Also:
Faction Mail has been added. Faction members with a rank of Marshal or higher can send mail to all members of their Faction for 500 coins. Money and items cannot be attached to Faction Mail.

Yea we are missing 2 patches but its actually like 1 update.
The addition of the primal map + the new race so when we get this fully working we will have it as a 2 in1 sort of update lol
