I think it would be cool to have custom accessories that makes the Soul Stone socketing effects. For example

This is the Citrine effect lightning.
There are several other effects that would fit well as accessories.

The Turquoise Effect is a Blue Crystal Shards effect
The Garnet Effect is a Burning Fire effect
The Sapphire Effect is a Strong White Mist effect

These 4 are my favorites however there are other simpler effects like
Green Sparkles that come from elemental shards
White Sparkles that come from mixed elemental shards
Gold Sparkles that come from Amber Evasion shards

There are also glows that come from lower level shards in gear like
Red Glow from low level Garnet
Purple Glow from low level Citrine
Blue Glow from low level Turquoise
White Glow from low level Sapphire
Yellow Glow from low level Amber
Green Glow from low level Elemental shards

I think these would give characters the ability to look more unique and add more life to the Fashion Armors. Also it could lead into custom effects from other items or monsters for events like this
