What does adding more matchmakers to other major cities have anything to with your comment? 
Whether there is 1 matchmaker or 1 million if people want to or are already doing that the amount of matchmakers wont be changing that. Putting more matchmakers is by no means making a suggestion to that EPW is saying "hey we put more matchmakers for you to be a pedo..." -_-
