Account issue

I have 2 accounts with EPW. 1 for HA characters, and 1 for LA characters. Currently at this moment, I'm only able to access my HA account with my Seeker Ursiel on it. The problem right now is that I'm not able to access my Sins account. Any info on why this might be? I've changed the password on it several times and retried to no success. :sad:

What's it saying when you try to login? Wrong password or?
Perhaps you can try the account recovery feature.
