no.. with gof it is rather impossible unless you have 4 attack level engraves on every ornament

130 attack is possible in my gear, and plenty of sins have things like 4atk rings, attack level ds's/ws belts etc, so I would say it's very possible.

Ds/ws belts bounus stat max i seen is 2atk lv. i think it hard to get +150atk lv with 2atk lv, even with both ring 2atk lv and DS/WS

base attack lv in full r8 is 90 with ascended supreme robe,  4orna(4 attack each) is 16, gof with 3x attack lvl = 15, cube/warsong= 15 attack lvl ( 90+16+15+15 = 136 ) with bless and rune (12 attack lvl ) you can reach 148.
